The company hereby declares that 100% equity interest in Zhuhai Zhongyou Jieneng Dangerous Goods Transportation Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Zhuhai Transportation Company"), a subsidiary of the company, has been sold. Starting from June 1, 2025, Zhuhai Transportation Company is no longer an affiliated company of the company, and any of its business activities, operating activities, customer services, employee relations, etc. are irrelevant to the company.
